salam...

rasa nk post something la arini....bl anda jd person in charge (PIC) tuk department anda, bersediakah anda menjawab segala soalan pelik yg d utarakn oleh pihak luar? 
contohnya, kenapa serve patient lmbt sgt? kenape nk kene amek mse yg pjg tuk dispense ubat? 
kenape waiting time lebih dr 40 minit? kenape farmasi lmbt nk bg ubat kt patient and so on....bla..bla...bla....sumenyer psl LAMBAT n x puas ati....
dan sy jd PIC minggu ni n kne jwb sume 2? 
agak2 sy nk jwb ape ha?
people will keep blaming for such unsatisfied work right?
but people doesn't try to understand what others doing....
they 'lovely' to blame, blame and blame....
shout, shout and shout.....
the damn thing, immediately report to customer service or general manager or 'tabloid magazine'...
such a 'wonderful' thing they do...
but, we have a lot of reason to explain....
please don't worry k...

so, selaku PIC of the week, ak kne la sediakn hujah2 ku...
pg2 isnin nt ak kene anta report tu kt boss...
adakah ak x layak tuk jd PIC?
mungkin lom smpai masanya lg....
but i should learn...
i must learn!
i should know how to adapt all kind of problem...
i should know how to handle or manage the situation....
baru la ak bole maju...
x gitu?
